Gen Xodus

 Gen Xodus is what we call the exodus of Generation X from our churches. A lot of attention is paid to millenials leaving but we also see Gen X'ers as a valuable bridge to the next generation. This week, we welcome Mark, a fan of Faith Uncut into the studio to help us understand the reasons Gen X'ers are leaving and how churches can adapt.
